Day 1: Halong Bay - Hanoi

15h30 Arrival Hanoi, check in hotel and start touring

Day 2: Hanoi City tour - Halong Bay

Pick up at hotel at: 08h00 am

Today you will have a day tour to visit Hanoi’s featured sights including: Ho Chi Minh complex that includes: the mausoleum of the historic figure and father of modern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh (viewed from outside) and the former presidents house on stilts where he lived from 1958 to 1969, his former home illustrates the modesty of this Vietnamese revolutionary & The One Pillar Pagoda with be visited next. This structure is one of Vietnam’s most iconic temples

Continue to picturesque West Lake and the sixth century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda. Following is a visit to Temple of Literature - Vietnam's first university – A Confucius site, also referred to as Van Mieu, and was established within a temple to educate Vietnam's royalty, mandarins and members of the elite. The university functioned for an incredible 700 years and its gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a fascinating glimpse into Vietnam’s past.

Lunch will be had in one of the city’s finest restaurants.

In the afternoon, the tour continues with a visit to one of the following museums, you can pick the one you like (Army Museum, Hanoi Hilton prison or Vietnam Women Museum).

Enjoy an hour siting on a trishaw going through Old Quarter. This bustling area of narrow streets and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It's a great place to explore with plenty of photo opportunities all around you
