Halong City is a major industrial center in Northern Vietnam with one of the biggest sea ports, which receive imported fuel and oil for the whole North Vietnam. Not only famous by Halong Bay, Halong city is also famous for its own culture and history: Three battles of Bach Dang River against the invaders form the North of Vietnam and Mongol with the victories for the dynasties of Vietnam

Itinerary Details

13h30 Pick up at port gate (travel out by ship shuttle bus)
Take in the beautiful scenery as you will drive along the beach side road to other part of Halong city named Hon Gai
First, your guide will accompany you to visit city’s fish market where the fishermen and vendors go about their everyday activities. Strolling along the market and taste amazing Ha Long specialty Cha Muc (Squid paste)

Continue the journey at the foot of the historic Bai Tho, along the most beautiful and poetic road of Ha Long, where you can observe fishermen boat in & out in the morning. You’re off to Long Tien Pagoda under the Poem Mountain, it is a tranquility place to enjoy fresh atmosphere
Then continue to visit Quang Ninh Museum - a new work put into operation with unique architecture, charming space and plenty of valuable artifacts. Thanks to specific architecture, the building looks like a giant mirror reflecting the image of the world natural heritage, Ha Long Bay. With more than 20,000 original artifacts exhibited at three levels (can travel with lift) inside and out in a distinctive, attractive and modern form that accurately reflects the history, culture, people and nature of the province (Halong) & Vietnam in general.

Pick up & Drop off:

Pick up: Pick up at the back ground of the international passenger station where electric car/shuttle drop you. (Ship will dock at New international cruise terminal then by the ship, there are lots of shuttle waiting to take passengers out). Just get in one of them. Shuttle will take you to the shuttle to the back yard of the cruise passenger’s station, guide pick you up at the place shuttle drop you
Drop off: Same place as pick up

Travel Insurance: Local travel insurance included on the entrance ticket.

Payment methods: Need a refundable deposit (30%) by either Pay Pal or Credit card, to process your booking. - Balance can be paid in USD cash on arrival to our guide. If the ship skips port(s) due to unforeseen circumstances, no fee charge but requires you to inform us 12 hrs. in advance so that we have enough time in advance to release services reserved for your group
