Vung Tau is a port city and the capital of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, on a peninsula in southern Vietnam. Once a French colonial town, it’s now a popular seaside resort that draws many visitors from Ho Chi Minh City, who arrive by hydrofoil. Its long, busy stretch of sandy coast, including Front Beach and Pineapple Beach, has the verdant Small Mountain and Big Mountain as backdrop.

Itinerary Details

Part 1: Pick up at Phu My port and we drive to Ba ria
Transfer to Long Dien Market - traditional market of Vietnam countryside - we will have 30 minutes to visit the market and learn customs and practices of the market. Most of products sold here are cultivated and raised, catched at the locality. You will continue to visit a long tradition Rice Paper Making Family.
Continue taking you to visit Long Phuoc tunnel, an underground military base. Long Phuoc tunnel is about 7km of Ba Ria, Long Phuoc tunnel likes a completely different space with bustle landscape of the crowded sea city. Be quiet, calm, and like storytelling. Formed in 1948, the original tunnel is about 2-3m above the ground, the height of tunnel heart is about 1.6m, its width is about 0.7m. Many years later, the tunnel system has been extended by 3m in depth, 0.1m in width, 0.2m in height, and has more vents, many other function tunnels compared to the original tunnel. The total length of tunnel is nearly 1,200m, and the tunnel includes diversity of function room such as the areas of food reserves, rest, first aid, communication trenches, fortifications, all these areas are connected by the main road. Part 2: We keep driving to Vung Tau City for a city tour:
You will have lunch at the restaurant along the beach
Continue to visit White House Palace (a summer residence of the last emperor Bao Dai), offering a wonderful view of the beach and the city; Niet Ban Tinh Xa (Nirvana Meditation Retreat) and Thich Ca Phat Dai (a Buddhist shrine) French-built Light House and the giant Jesus Christ image On the way you return to the ship, make a stop at famous  complex of relic Nha Lon (large house) on Long Son island, the home of Ong Tran religion. Nha Lon is a place to worship great men of Taoism, Confucianism.
